While filling out the application remember all students that apply and are sponsored by a member in good standing will be considered, regardless of their planned field of study.

MAPSA Scholarship Application

When filling out the application at the above link, you won't only be eligible for the MAPSA Jack Thayer Memorial Scholarship, but also from several other sources within the industry.  Your complete application will automatically be considered by every organization where you meet their qualifications. More than 1,600 scholarships have been awarded since 1998.

Several of our winners have received an additional $1,000-$2,000 from the GAAS Scholarship Program.

2024 Applications are now available. 

All applications will need completed on line by March 31, 2024 for the 2024 MAPSA/GAAS Scholarships.

Auto Care Association Announces Auto Careers Website-

The Auto Care Association has launched a new auto care careers website, www.autocarecareers.org, to educate young people about, and attract them to, careers in the auto care industry.
The website has resources and information highlighting the variety of professional positions, fast growth potential and dynamic career paths available in the auto care industry. Highlights of the site include a custom interactive career accelerator and downloadable factsheets for a variety of audiences.
We encourage our members to link to the new site, and use it as a valuable resource in all of their recruitment efforts.

Matthew will be pursuing a degree in Business at the University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, OH.

Matthew's activities included: National Honor Society and Key Club.

Matthew is awarded a $1000 MAPSA Jack Thayer Memorial Scholarship in 2023.

 A portion of the funds for Matthew's MAPSA Scholarship were provided in a grant to MAPSA from the University of the Aftermarket Foundation.
